All villa owners will receive a 199-year lease and shares of the HOA. The developers will run the board until a specific number of villas are sold, at which time they will turn over ownership of the development to the HOA.
Amenities offered through the hotel, such as restaurants, pools, spa and fitness centre will be available to members of the HOA.
The HOA will work with Argyle Management Company Ltd and villa owners who wish to participate in the rental program.
