Santa Cruz is a lush, healthy, cool and clean valley that is completely surrounded by mountains. Tucked below the high peaks lie pockets of communities that are slowly growing and developing. There is still a lot of natural flora and fauna to experience in this valley as it moves from large cocoa, citrus and fruit tree estates into homes and developments it still retains its natural beauty.
Cutucupano Road is one of the main arteries off of the Saddle Road and is located just past the Saddle Grove community if coming from Maraval or the Saturday Green Market, if coming from Santa Cruz. There was once a Quarry that operated at the entrance to this road and the site is still very clearly visible as one enters. Driving in for about 5 minutes, one comes to Sosconusco # 1 and #2 on the left side of the road.
Susconusco #2 begins as a small farming area and further in there are a few homes that have been built. This parcel of land is located in a small road that feeds off of the main Sosconusco #2 road, where there are only about 7 homes already built. The land has it’s marker pins but with heavy rains this year already, the cutlassed land is now a bit overgrown so the markers are a little harder to be seen. The neighbourhood is generally quiet except for the wildlife that have their own orchestras playing nature’s songs!
This 5,062 sq.ft. parcel of land is T&C approved, and is WASA and T&TEC connected. It is in a convenient area with stores nearby (Santa Cruz Grocery at Akal Trace,, Santa Cruz Green Market, gas station, post office, police station, fire station, bakery, etc.). It is also close to the rain forest, POS, and Maracas Beach. The price is good and the neighbours seem to be very decent and quiet.
