Our Property Administration division is currently managed by Ms. Jasmine George, who provides professional property administration services for residential projects. Jasmine has over 10 years experience in both residential and commercial property administration. This division currently manages a number of residential units including properties for Guardian Holdings Ltd. and The Praetorian Property Mutual Fund. Outsource management can also be provided to condominium schemes seeking this service. This division should be expanding to accommodate the commercial market in the near future.
