S.P. Realty Services has been in business since September 2005. The company was started by Susie Phillips who has been practicing real estate since 1999. Our motto is “We’ll find you a home!”

It is our purpose to help you find you a home, not just a house. Someplace that will make you happy and live a healthy lifestyle. For many people finding a realtor to help them find a home is something they dislike because realtors have a reputation of being aggressive and money hungry.

We at SP Realty are not like this, our services are friendlier and we are attuned to the client’s needs and wants. All our staff go through a rigorous training period to help all our clients find or sell or rent a property that will, in the end, make them thankful they dealt with our staff.

When renting a property our services do not end there. This is when our real services begin. After signing the lease agreement we are still on call to do the following:

• Provide help in locating trades people such as plumbers, electricians, painters and locksmiths.
• Help to complete inventory check of all contents of the property.
• Help to source maid services, gardening services and pool service people.
• Help to oversee any renovations or repairs

We have a qualified Interior Decorator as one of our sales reps. Marion can provide her talented services to aid any homeowner to redecorate any property to suit any need or requirements. She has an artistic flair that can make any property inviting and comfortable. With her talent for colour coordination of walls to furnishings to draperies and accessories she has made many houses a true home.

In selling properties we have provided a full service in aiding our vendors to obtain legal counsel, pertinent documents such as WASA clearance certificates. We are a full service provider and can help find a mortgage company if you haven’t done so beforehand.

It is our intention to keep our clients coming back to use our services. We also provide long term property management services, whereby we look after the property in the landlord’s absence. We provide the following:

• Rent collection
• Repairs and maintenance to major appliances and air conditioning units
• Repainting of the property as needed.
• Redecorating of the property as required.
• Fully equipping the home with linens, crockery, pots, pans etc.
• On call for emergencies 24/7

Marion d’Almada - an interior decorator with a flair for selling and renting homes, Marion is a friendly mother of three. She has a lovely disposition and understands the wants and needs of a family that helps her to find you the right home.

Vicky Edwards – a mother of two who is bubbly and loves finding the perfect home for all her clients. She is very persistent and will keep trying till she finds the right tenant for any landlord. She knows the rental market and has experience in renting to locals as well as foreigners. She is half of a husband and wife team who owns and operates an upholstery business. So this is a benefit whenever our team needs to redecorate any home.

Sharon Phillips – a homeowner who has built her own house. She is a mother of two and understands the dynamic in building a house from the ground up. She has experience in dealing with trades people from all walks of life and can negotiate the best possible rates for her clients.

Reina Prudent - a business woman who is a mother of three. She is a dynamic person with a no nonsense zeal for life. She can rent or sell properties that take vision to see the potential.

Susie Phillips - owner and operator of S.P. Realty, she is a mother of two and an entrepreneur at heart. She finds time to run her own business, train staff, and volunteer on three different committees. She is the backbone behind S.P. Realty and knows the real estate industry inside and out. She comes for a sales background with a property management experience. She is the ideal real estate agent, not too pushy and extremely affable.
