When purchasing a home site from New Vista, clients tend to arrive at various locations in Florida, such as Miami International Airport, Fort Mayers International Airport or Sarasota International Airport. Our friendly and courteous staff pick you up at these locations, taking you to the communities where we sell our homes. Road transportation time is usually between 2 and a half hours to 40 minutes, according to where you come from. At least for one night and in certain cases two nights, you are accommodated at one of the fine hotels in the area with lodging, meals and transportation, to the communities at New Vista’s expense.
We give you a comprehensive tour of the town/city where you see the shopping, schooling, recreation and general way of life associated with the area. After this we show you various home sites and at that point we believe you are now ready to make a down payment, full pay off and sign the contract for your purchase. Having successfully negotiated your trip, it’s then back to the airport and back to Trinidad, or continue on to some other destination.
I want to stress that we try our best to look after you while you are with us and make your experience with us as enjoyable as possible.
