Property Management
This Division has been the core of the Company from its inception and, acting as a “One Stop Shop”. We currently provide complete Property Management Services to third party clients both local and overseas-based expatriate personnel either directly or through our partners.
Nealco Properties Limited (NPL) is the owner of ten (10) properties comprised of 163,221 sq. ft. building space and 176,888 sq. ft. of land.
By nature of its position as Landlord and supported by a strong legal team, NPL manages, administers leases and integrates a variety of services to its tenants. Some of these services encompass Air-condition, Security, UPS service, Generators, Elevators, Water Supply, some Janitorial Services, Waste Disposal and Pest Control Services.
