1. We market the sale or rental of land, homes and commercial properties.
- By cataloging properties for sale or rent with detailed information and photos
- By advertising in classified ads, on the internet, and in different print media as deemed necessary
- By making ourselves available to supply information and show properties via:
(a) A home-office open for calls 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
(b) Two email addresses, checked twice a day, weekdays
(c) Two advertised mobile phone numbers for after hours and weekend inquires
- By telemarketing to inbound calls and emails, supplying information to prospective buyers and tenants and arranging site visits
- By regularly distributing a list of properties to a select group of real-estate agencies
- By developing and staging presentations on large scale development projects, then holding group visits to the development sites.
At House Hunters, as with other real-estate agencies, there is no cost associated with the marketing of properties, and we only expect payment when we successfully rent or sell your property.
2. We supply individualized tailor made service for “hunters”, with the aim of being a
powerful asset in their quest to find a suitable property
- We qualify their purchase or rental needs
- We supply information on properties listed with us, as well as other properties available on the market
- We give honest advice based of factual market activity and conditions
- We keep them abreast of new properties that would be of interest to them
- We arrange and accompany them on site visits

3. We assist in the transaction of sales and rentals as follows:
- Draft, then amend to a final copy, Tenancy or Purchase Agreements
- Draft and amend inventories as necessary
- Liaise with clients or lawyers to aid in the timely processing of sale or rental transactions

4. We supply property management services as follows:
- We serve as the point of contact between the Landlord and Tenant, working in the interest of both clients
- For property owners, we take responsibility for all details with payments, maintenance, installations, repairs and cleaning services
- We are available to provide advice on interior design, as well as with furniture, appliances and other outfittings
Our property management services are available for a fixed percentage of the rent received, which is negotiated before the commencement of the contract. We are always willing to push the limits of our ability, so no matter the size of your property or project, should you require a dynamic property management or sales and marketing team, come talk to us.
