The assumption is that a prospective homeowner will usually be in need of related services that a real estate company or mortgage house would either not provide or not be able to provide for the homeowner. For example, a prospective homeowner would need to have a valuation report, QS report (if the home is yet to be constructed) and other basic requirements such as building plans and approvals, all of which are time-consuming and sometimes tricky.

The Company acts as the realtor for the client, sourcing land or property, puts a mortgage loan application together on behalf of the client and also sources the various professional reports required for the process to take place eg. Mercantile Avisory will also recommend a suitable contractor for the job from its database of qualified contractors. This is important since it helps to direct the unsuspecting homeowner to a builder with a good track record.

The provision of all these services cater well to those who do not have the ability to endure the well-known stresses of the processes of acquisition and construction and it also is an appreciated convenience for the professionals who simply do not have the time due to the common demands of their job.
