in the industry, having built well over 10,000 homes
and over 1.5 million square feet of commercial and
retail space in well-planned communities.
The 18 operational companies and 700 direct
employees of the Group operate in a range of
complementary spheres such as management,
construction, surveying, architectural and
engineering service design, cost consultancy and
property management, inclusive of security and
