Focusing initially on the North East sector which was quickly developing while most of the existing Brokers preferred to operate in the West, we established an office at the Emerald Plaza, St Augustine and continued to expand with an office in Tobago. We are also about to open a new location at 139 Eastern Main Road, St Augustine to facilitate a Sales Associate recruitment drive.
Our methods of exposing a client’s property are second to none and include the largest local real estate web site and magazine, the three daily newspapers, distinguishable signs, property flyers in banks, other reputable brokers and open houses.
With a very diverse background our team provides each other with a varied prospective from which we create solutions to any challenges that arise during real estate transactions, which as we’ve all grown to learn, can be very complex.
