Company History:
Gerald Eckel was one of the country's leading real estate agents and developers for about 40 years when Cecil Quesnel, with over 40 years of business experience joined him as an equal partner and formed Eckel & Quesnel Ltd. Patricia Lazzari, daughter of Cecil Quesnel, joined the Company in 1990 having served four years in a management position with another real estate company. She was shortly after appointed a Director. Following Gerald Eckel's death, she acquired his shares in the Company and became an equal partner with Cecil Quesnel, The decision was then made to add her name to create
ECKEL QUESNEL LAZZARI Ltd.

ASSOCIATION OF REAL ESTATE AGENTS (AREA):
As a founding member of AREA, we abide by its rules, ethics and code of conduct. We share in its Multiple Listing Service which entitles us to handle properties listed by all the members. Listings placed with us likewise are circulated to all AREA members who are entitled to handle the properties we list, but of course, they can only work through us. Dealing with an AREA member entitles the client to the services of some 50 Brokers (over 90 sales staff). From the buyers point of view dealing with any one AREA member gives access to all the listings in AREA.
