At Countrywide Real Estate Services Ltd. we enjoy what we do enormously, which makes all the difference when dealing with our many and varied cliental.
We pride ourselves on being essentially a client-based organization and we take our close association with our clients very seriously, whether they are the larger corporate clients or individuals looking for that special place to call home. Each and every one is equally important to us and is given the benefit of our full attention together with the ancillary services we offer, such as free appraisals, advice on ways to enhance the property, help with obtaining mortgage facilities through our connections with the various lending facilitators, guidance towards the correct legal channels and documentary requirements, and just generally making sure all our clients are taken by the hand from beginning to end of the road to completion and possession. It is our greatest joy to see our clients happy and settled into their new property.
Countrywide was established in 2006, and we have expanded from our small beginnings. What started out as an ‘out of home’ small business, is now a fully fledged Limited Liability Company with a team that focuses on our clients needs with professionalism, courtesy and, most importantly of all that special personal touch. Our team has collectively put us a cut above the rest, with our administrative staff and sales executives pooling resources and commanding excellence.
Based at #8 Francis Road, Maraval, we are in a central location to service all areas in the North, and we have expanded our network to the East, Central and South, and also have many listing now in our sister isle of Tobago. We offer a wealth of experience and knowledge in all aspects of our business, whether it be Residential, Commercial or Land Sales, Residential or Commercial Rentals.
Our founder and Managing Director, Maggie Abraham, was born and bred in the U.K. but has been resident in Trinidad for 20 years and has brought with her many years of
Business Management experience having worked at management level in both the shipping and civil engineering fields in the U.K. Her basis in the Real Estate Industry was gained whilst working for a small but well established Realtor for over 5 years before venturing out to form her own company.
Her background in management has given her the confidence and experience to deal with people from all walks of life, and at any level within the corporate field, and being very much a ‘people person’ herself she enjoys interaction with everyone she comes into contact with.
The fact the she is herself an “ex-pat” has given her a unique insight into the wants and needs of the many foreigners who come here to work and what they are looking for when searching for that special place they need to call “home” for the next few years. In fact Maggie and her staff often end up taking the newcomers around and about in order to show them the local facilities so that they can be completely comfortable in their new environment.
Our Administration Manager, Mrs. Lana Evans-Smith, handles her portfolio with enthusiasm, flair and professionalism and in a short space of time has become a well-known personality both within the company, within the real estate industry and to our cliental. Lana has a background in business administration encompassing marketing, economics, business law and accounting.
Completing the team are our wonderful Sales Executives; Valerie Costelloe, Annette Pierre and, most recently, Maurice Alexander who join together to service the needs of our cliental with the same hallmark of integrity, professionalism, courtesy and that all important personal touch with which we, at Countrywide, have become synonymous!!
