- Land Sale
- We source properties to meet the needs of the clients through our vast
networking base with other agencies, in-house clients as well as the
printed and electronic media.
- We send listings via email, fax or hold one-to-one meetings.
- We assist in every way with regards to a sale/rental transaction. We prepare the
agreements and organize all relevant documents (Land & Building Taxes, Title Deed,
WASA Clearance Certificate, Up-to-date WASA Receipt etc.) for a prompt closing.
- We prepare inventories for both rental and sale purposes.
- We offer comprehensive advice to potential purchasers on relevant properties based
on individuals’ needs.
- We advice prospective vendors on a price range for their properties based on
experience and valuation.
- We liaise with attorneys, bankers and valuators so that your transaction will be
met with ease.
- We market your properties through the two (2) main daily newspapers, networking
agencies, flyers and brochures and, of course, www.TrinidadRealtor.com.
Commission:
Our commission with regards to sale is 3% of the purchase price. This is paid on the
completion of the transaction.
For rentals of one (1) year and over, the commission is equivalent to one (1)
month’s rent. This is due on the payment of the security deposit and the first
month’s rent.
