Our company’s headquarters are located in Barbados and is the base for our operations throughout the Caribbean region.

Caribbean Lifestyles also offers development consultant services. As successful developers and contractors in the Caribbean we bring the knowledge that comes with over 15 years experience, US$150.0 million in revenue and the successful completion of over 200 projects.

Significant potential exists for profit making through the lucrative property development and real estate market in the region. We know this because we appraise potential development sites all over the Caribbean on a constant basis. However, each country and market has its own complexities and idiosyncrasies and that’s where our knowledge is invaluable. Together, we can assess the strengths and weaknesses of your development. We can provide an initial report at inception carefully assessing the site location, the proposed mix of units and density along with our suggestion of sales prices. From there we can guide you through the entire process, identifying and minimizing the risks at each stage to avoid the many pitfalls which await developers.

The more information we have the better we can advise you. However, we will only be as involved as you require. Our rates for the service are flexible. We can operate on a fee only basis, in some cases take an equity stake in the project or we may even sell a project outright which we have planned but not yet developed.
